At Eliza & Eleanor, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Please review the following cancellation and modification terms carefully.

Cancellation & Changes Window

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 10 minutes after the order has been successfully placed.

This also applies to any changes, including but not limited to:

• Changing colour
• Changing size
• Changing product or quantity
• Updating order details

After this 10-minute window, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must contact us within the 10-minute timeframe.

• Your full name
• Order number
• Your requested cancellation or change

Requests received after 10 minutes from the time of purchase will not be approved.
