Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Delivery takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery time of 2–9 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Eliza & Eleanor currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

How are orders delivered?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are prioritised for home delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby collection point.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery, or by using the tracking links available in the footer or header menu.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

If delivery cannot be safely completed or the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, Royal Mail will redirect it to a nearby collection point.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees.

How long do I have to return my order?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs and must choose their own shipping carrier.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. Approved returns are subject to a £12 restocking fee.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Is the original shipping fee refunded?

As all orders include free shipping, there are no shipping fees to refund.
